I wrote the following prayer before going to bed with a series of examples of prayers throughout the day for use by young people. It was inspired while preparing to lead a session on Anglican prayer beads with year 11 students at All Souls St Gabriels School; which we recently introduced as part of our visit to ASSG.
A prayer before going to bed

The Cross
In the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Amen.
Invitatory Bead
Protect me O Lord, while I sleep;
and save me when I wake.
Cruciform Beads
You are my lamp, O Lord;
the Lord turns my darkness into light.
Week Beads
O Lord;
may your love and your truth always protect me.
